13. Fraud Prevention
    In the event Desert Nights Casino suspects fraud or fraudulent activity on your part (including chargebacks, payment disputes, or other unauthorized transactions), the Casino reserves the right to freeze your account balance, withhold winnings, and if necessary, pursue legal or collection remedies. You agree to fully reimburse any and all amounts owed to the Casino or payment providers in connection with any such activity. 15. Dispute Procedures

20. No Password Retrieval Liability 
    The Casino is not responsible for maintaining your username or password if you misplace, forget, or lose it, or if you are otherwise unable to access the Casino for reasons unrelated to the Casino’s own systems or errors.

22. Cheating and Untrue Statements

25. Validity of Materials

26. Submission of Materials

37. Entire Agreement
    The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between you and the Casino and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings between you and the Company with regards to playing in the Casino.
    
    
38. Comp Points
    Play to earn Comp Points based on the game chosen and your VIP Status. One thousand (1,000) Comp Points equals $1 in real money. You must wager any converted Comp Points at least once before requesting a payout. When wagering with Comp Points, there is no max bet rule, and there is no maximum cashout on Comp Point winnings

Bonus Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all of the bonuses offered at Desert Nights Casino.

1. Only players who have registered a real-money account are eligible to receive promotions. The bonuses will be given only once per household and/or per account, as per our terms of use. If a second account is opened it will be closed and all play bonuses and winnings may be voided.
   
   
2. Each promotional offer is available only once per person, family, household address, email address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.).

6. Players from Finland must wager 200% the advertised playthrough on all promotions received. For example, if the wagering on a bonus and deposit is 25 times, the new playthrough would be 50 times. The playthrough must be verified manually by management prior to any cash-out request.
   
   
7. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses including cashback bonuses, no-deposit bonuses etc. as well as the deposits made to redeem any aforementioned bonuses, must be wagered at least 15 times before withdrawing. Wagering on all types of Blackjack, Video Poker, Craps, American & European Roulette and Baccarat will not count towards this wagering requirement. If an excluded game is played before completion of the above wagering requirements, the casino reserves the right to void all winnings and reserve the right to close the account. For example, if a deposit of USD $100 is made and a bonus of USD $100 is redeemed, the player must wager at least USD $3,000 (USD $100 + USD $100) x 15) on applicable games prior to requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests before the wagering requirements have been met will be rejected until such time as the wagering requirements have been satisfied.
   
   
8. A promotion is considered completed when a player meets the wagering requirements and a cashout is made or when the balance is exactly zero. When a promotion is not completed it will be cleared when the balance reaches exactly zero.
   
   
9. Desert Nights Casino imposes the right to apply a maximum cashout of 10 X the value of your deposit to all deposit bonuses as stipulated in bonus terms and conditions as well as other promotional material.
   
   
10. Following the redemption of a bonus, if the player wishes to make a withdrawal which is greater than their deposit, they must have an amount greater than the sum of the deposit + bonus. For example, if a player makes a purchase US$100 and receives a bonus of USD $100, then requests a withdrawal of US$190, this will result in US$190 being returned to the player's casino account. The player will only be able to withdraw again once their balance either exceeds USD $200 or when the promotion is removed.
    
    
11. Players with one or more pending withdrawals currently in their account are not eligible to receive any bonuses, promotional or otherwise, until such withdrawals are either processed or cancelled. Free Bonus Rules:

Sometimes Desert Nights Casino offers promotions in which players receive a bonus with no previous deposits required (E.g. Free Money). Below you will find the rules that players must follow when it comes to free-money promotions.
